Depending on the distance from the Sawmill, Sawlogs would normally attract a value in excess of $50/m3 while Salvage timber would normally attract a value in excess of $35/m3.
A stand of trees with fewer defects and of considerable girth and length will ultimately attract a higher stumpage value.
