Central Queensland Forest Association
The Association is funded by the Commonwealth and Queensland State Governments and has a charter to represent the interests of all forest industry stakeholders in the region which extends from Miriam Vale in the South to Bowen in the North and across to the border. It plans to increase awareness on the social, economic and environmental values of forest based industries and will promote sustainable commercial forestry activity through plantation and native forest management practices.
